Rod Change / Gear Change Anti Leak Kit

Description

This kit consists of one alloy sleeve with a groove on the outside to locate the o ring, the new "o" ring, a rod seal and a gaiter.

To fit the kit simply remove the old gaiter if fitted and then the old oil seal. fit the sleeve with the "o" ring fitted and slide over the rod into the gearbox. if the car was already fitted with a sleeve, remove old one before replacing and then fit the main seal.

The dust cover fits up against the seal to prevent road debris getting at the seal

Where described, all parts are labelled by nearside/offside or left and right. This is always identified from a right hand drive (UK) vehicle, or if you were looking at the car from the back facing forward.
