Plastic dipstick tube fitted to early cars pre metal dipstick tube
This tube uses the dipstick which had a flat washer
Fitted to 998cc / 1098cc and all cooper s models which later had a metal tube as well as 1275 pre a+
Not fitted to 850, 997 or any a+ engine
Important fitting note:
Where described, all parts are labelled by nearside/offside or left and right. This is always identified from a right hand drive (UK) vehicle, or if you were looking at the car from the back facing forward.
